This time, I went to HIYORI Ocean Resort Okinawa, which just opened in Onna Village in 2021, for breakfast. In conclusion, the breakfast buffet was luxurious and varied and I couldn’t finish it all and wanted to go again. Let’s go for revenge next time

I had heard from the staff in advance that it would be open from 6:30 and it would be crowded from around 7:30 to 8:30, so I entered the store early at 6:40. THE lack of sleep!
Although there was no wait time, there were already a lot of people and it was a bit chaotic. As expected, there are a lot of people now that it’s summer vacation and there are no behavioral restrictions.

Since I had prepared in advance, I knew what I should eat!(^^)!

I also had Okinawa soba, so I made an original soba that looked delicious with this cartilage curry. I’ve tried Japanese soba with curry occasionally, but I haven’t seen Okinawa soba with curry yet, so it’s a chance for me to experiment.
Soba, soki, and curry go well together, so please give it a try.

I was caught by a child and left this place behind. You can make your favorite seafood rice bowl with shrimp, tuna, squid, salmon roe, etc. I’m an unbalanced eater, so I thought I’d try squid and shrimp, but I tried my best to add negitoro.

Well, I wanted to try all of them, but there were so many different kinds, it was a shame that I couldn’t try them all unless I stayed for several nights.

Very satisfied from the morning. Furthermore, check-out was at 12:00 even after dinner, so I was able to spend the morning leisurely. I want to go again. By the way, I’ve already been to Revenge HIYORI Ocean Resort Okinawa, and it’s the best!
